- Safe Driving Record
- Absenteeism policy in place

- 53' Dry Vans, no reefers
- Monday - Friday (Weekends Optional)
- 95+% Driver retention rate
- Steady & predictable daily schedule w/ consistent runs
- Consistent customer freight
- Personal Communication - no waiting on hold to speak dispatch
- Late model tractors, age of fleet 2,000 - 2,500 miles per week
- Flexible start times, we work to match the drivers preferred schedule
