Responsibilities
- Operate a truck to collect fabrication material from various locations
- Handle outside elements, including summer heat and winter cold
- Transport freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, operations, and customers
- Perform physical tasks including walking, standing, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling, and crouching
- Occasionally push and pull up to 75 lbs
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL (new graduates welcome)
- Tanker endorsement required; no automatic transmission restrictions
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to handle outside elements and work well with internal staff and external customers
Schedule
- Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays
- Start time: 1:00 AM
- 10–12 hour shifts
- Home daily
Pay
- $31.10 per hour
- Overtime pay after 40 hours
- Paid weekly
