Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in recruitment or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for recruitment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
