Responsibilities

• Foster in‑depth connected relationships within the home care environment
• Use the CareGiver mobile app to track work schedule, shift responsibilities, and communicate with the office
• Provide full scope of interaction with client in their home, including assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining home environment, and keeping them engaged with the outside world

Requirements

• Home Care Aide Registry (HCA) – assistance available if needed
• Complete employment verification and professional reference screening with satisfactory results
• Experience as a caregiver in home care, community living, or skilled nursing facility
• TB screening or clear chest X‑ray
• Ability to meet quality standards of care and follow standard procedures for engaging with the care team
• Available and able to work 20‑40 hours per week with some weekend availability
• Reliable transportation to different clients throughout the week, including weekends
• Physical ability to bend, climb, stoop, and stand an average of 5 hours per day
• Able to lift 20‑30 pounds and use necessary tools
• Open to applicants from caregiver, medical, CNA, nursing, hospitality, etc. industries

Pay

$18.50‑$20.00 per hour plus cell phone reimbursement.

Schedule

Flexible part‑time schedule between 15‑40 hours per week; weekend availability required.
