About the role

We’re growing and looking for Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists to join our home care team in Rockland County, NY and surrounding towns. If you enjoy working one-on-one with patients, having flexibility in your schedule, and making a real difference, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to patients in their homes
• Create and carry out personalized treatment plans
• Track patient progress and adjust care as needed
• Educate patients and families
• Complete simple, timely documentation
• Work independently with support from our clinical team

Requirements

• Licensed OT or PT in New York
• Home care experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to manage your own schedule
