Join Addus Home Care’s Detroit Team! Our Service Coordinators work to match client needs with caregiver availability and skills to ensure people can stay in their homes and healthier longer. Work with a dynamic group of teammates, case managers and support staff to coordinate in home healthcare services for our clients in the Metro Detroit area.

Responsibilities

• Manage authorizations, schedules and client/caregiver communication in a timely, solutions-focused environment.
• Directly supervise the direct care workforce: guiding, coaching and training our field caregivers to be efficient and effective delivering homecare services to our clients.

Requirements

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of training or home care service coordinator/scheduling experience required.
• Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Scheduling program.
• Must have reliable transportation.
