About the role
Conduct on-site client evaluations and develop service plans in conjunction with the authorization. Perform other field visits as assigned. Must have a reliable vehicle and current/valid auto insurance.
Responsibilities
- Complete visits as scheduled and report daily to scheduler.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise attendants.
- Complete appropriate forms, attach to the daily visit report, and turn into the office within 48 hours of visit.
- Create and conduct presentations using audio-visual tools including PowerPoint and MS Suite.
- Communicate regularly with supervisor about department issues and keep management advised of potential problems in all areas.
- Adhere to organization’s policies and procedures.
- Act as a role model within and outside the agency.
- Perform duties as workload necessitates.
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
- Demonstrate flexible and efficient time management and ability to prioritize workload.
- Consistently report to work on time, prepared to perform duties of position.
- Meet department productivity standards.
- Participate in working groups, councils, and committees.
- Ensure insurance compliance with rules and regulations.
- Participate on committees and special projects, and seek additional responsibilities.
- Accomplish all tasks as appropriate.
- Recommend new approaches to affect ongoing continual improvements to policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
- Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings and seminars.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Consistently promote the company's core values.
- Complete required compliance annual training.
- Document pertinent information accurately.
- Correct and resubmit error rejections within 48 hours.
- Maintain supervisor files.
- Participate in staff meetings and in-services.
- Participate in community relations activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of clients, attendance, and staff information.
Qualifications
- Two years of full-time study at an accredited college or university, or individuals hired with a high school diploma or equivalent may substitute one year of full-time employment in a supervisory capacity in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based agency for each required year of college.
- PHC, MC experience preferred.
