About the role

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and incontinence care. Help with mobility, safe transfers, and range-of-motion or physical therapy exercises.

Plan and cook nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions, and assist with feeding if necessary.

Perform light housekeeping, including vacuuming, dusting, doing laundry, and washing dishes.

Remind clients to take medications, and monitor physical or mental health changes, reporting any issues to a supervisor or nursing staff.

Provide emotional support, conversation, and engagement in hobbies or social activities.

Run errands, grocery shop, and drive clients to medical appointments or community outings.

Requirements

• A valid drivers license
• A reliable transportation
• Some form of experience in caregiving
