As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you will focus on enhancing clients' independence and quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' daily living needs and challenges
• Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans to address clients' specific goals
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve clients' ability to perform daily activities
• Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care
• Educate clients and their families on adaptive techniques and equipment for increased independence
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation
• Valid Liability Insurance

Experience

Previous experience in home care or a related field is preferred. New graduates with a passion for home care are welcome to apply.
