BAYADA is hiring skilled and reliable RNs to care for clients in Winona and nearby communities, including Dexter. You’ll build real connections through 1:1 home care while enjoying flexible hours, consistent pay, and the professional support you deserve.
Pay
$35–41/hour in Minnesota (including overnight and weekend shift differentials). Weekly pay.
Schedule
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN (minimum two shifts/month)
- Daytime and overnight shifts
- 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts
- No weekend requirement

Requirements
- Active RN license (Registered Nurse) in the state of Minnesota
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
