Home Care Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Our Lehigh Valley Skilled Nursing Office and Lehighton Pediatric Office is interested in a nurse who has a passion for care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. We have several clients that need a nurse for in home care in the Tamaqua, PA and surrounding areas. BAYADA is celebrating 50 years of compassion, excellence, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home
• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones
