About the role

The role involves providing live-in care for elderly individuals in their homes. Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, medication management, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
• Monitor and manage medications according to prescribed schedules
• Ensure the home environment is safe and secure
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare providers
• Perform light housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• First aid/cPR certification
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong interpersonal skills and empathy
• Proficiency in using technology for scheduling and record-keeping
