Home Care Field Marketer

About the role

We are looking for a marketer to build and grow our census within the Business Development department. This team manages the day-to-day sales efforts, focusing on identifying, evaluating, and prioritizing potential referral sources in our territory and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Develop a network of referral sources
• Obtain enrollment information
• Assist members in obtaining doctor’s orders
• Assist members with enrollment appointments
• Identify and market to seniors, disabled persons, and buildings serving these populations
• Conduct presentations to consumers and professional groups
• Market to Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries
• Develop and maintain new referral sources and partnerships in the community
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with referral sources, including independent living facilities, assisted living facilities, adult homes, shelters, and senior housing
