About PACE North PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes. We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes across a 7-county area, with Grand Traverse County at the center. Since 2019, PACE North has been growing rapidly! Schedule Part-Time Evening Shift Monday through Friday4:00 PM to 8:00 PMNo weekends required What You'll Do Responsibilities As a vital part of our Home Care team, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to our participants in their homes. Responsibilities include: Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, shopping, and meal supportTaking vital signs and documenting participant careProviding companionship and emotional supportCollaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care Why Join PACE North?
