Home Care Caregiver – Private Pay

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Assistance – bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, hygiene
• Companionship & Homemaker Services – light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, errands, and conversation
• Specialized Care – Alzheimer’s/dementia support, hospice and comfort care, medication reminders, and safety monitoring
• Compassionate Presence – ensuring each client feels respected, valued, and cared for

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or facility setting)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
• Current TB test and clear background check
• Preferred: Experience with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or end-of-life care
• Preferred: CNA, HHA, or PCA certification (not required but a plus)

Pay

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 / hour (based on experience, certification, and shift)

Schedule

Schedule Options: Full-time or part-time; Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts; Flexible scheduling; Local clients close to home
