About the Role

Join HomeCare Advocacy Network (HCAN) as an In-Home Caregiver and provide high-quality, non-medical support and assistance to clients in their homes. Help individuals live safely, independently, and with dignity while making a meaningful impact in their lives.

Service Area: Fremont County

Responsibilities

• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Drive or accompany clients to errands, appointments, or activities
• Offer medication reminders (non-clinical)
• Support with bathing, hygiene, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs
• Ensure home safety and fall prevention
• Offer respite care for family caregivers

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have auto insurance
• Must have dementia experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
