As a Home Care Caregiver, you will provide vital support to our clients, enabling them to maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes. Your role will involve assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as providing companionship and emotional support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship to seniors and individuals in need
• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Manage medication and provide mobility assistance as needed
• Provide emotional support and engagement activities to promote mental well-being
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client care
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
