About the role

We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our home care assistant team in Ipswich, Suffolk, and Essex. Our agency, Nayland Care, is a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission and has been operating since 2001.

Responsibilities

• Visit people living at home to assist with personal care needs
• Help with domestic tasks
• Provide medication assistance
• Aid in maintaining connections with the local community

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Valid UK driving license and use of own vehicle (for those who need to travel)
• Ability to form positive relationships
• A desire to provide hands-on care
• A natural sense of compassion
• A calm approach
• A strong desire to deliver compassionate, dependable care and support

Qualifications

No prior experience is required. We provide comprehensive training to ensure all necessary skills are covered.

Pay
