Home Care Aide (HCA) Vitale Nursing, Inc. – Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Pacific Palisades, Malibu Vitale Nursing, Inc. is currently seeking compassionate and reliable Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our private duty team. HCAs provide non-medical, supportive services that enhance the comfort, dignity, and safety of patients in their homes and recovery settings. Position Overview As a Home Care Aide, you will: Assist patients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility supportProvide personal care and companionship in private residences or hotel recovery suitesSupport with light meal preparation, feeding assistance, and hydration remindersPerform non-medical medication reminders only (no administration)Assist with household tasks related to patient care (tidying patient’s area, laundry, etc.)Provide safety supervision, fall prevention, and mobility assistanceReport patient observations and changes in condition to the supervising RN, LVN, or CNADocument daily care provided according to Vitale Nursing, Inc. policy Preferred Experience Prior caregiving experience (home care, hospice, or assisted living)Experience with post-operative recovery supportFamiliarity with dementia/Alzheimer’s care and fall preventionStrong interpersonal skills and compassionate care style Minimum Requirements Valid Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration with the California Department of Social Services (CDSS)Current CPR/BLS CertificationReliable transportationProfessional, punctual, and trustworthy demeanorStrong communication and interpersonal skillsThree professional referencesSuccessful completion of a background check and fingerprint clearance Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $20 – $25 per hourEmployment Types: Full-time & Part-time availableShifts: Day and Night shiftsSchedule: Monday–Sunday, with weekend opportunities as needed Full-Time Employee Benefits Only Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k) Retirement PlanPaid ongoing training and professional developmentReferral bonuses and performance incentives Required Documentation Active HCA registration (California)Two forms of identification (Driver’s License/Passport and Social Security card)Signed employee agreement (provided during hiring)Completed application (provided during hiring)Physical exam and TB test (within 1 year)Current CPR/BLS certificationProof of COVID-19 vaccination and booster (or plan to obtain) Why Work With Vitale Nursing, Inc.?
