Home Care Aide

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour
• Schedule: Full-time and part-time positions available
• Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly

About the Role

At Touching Hearts at Home, great care is built on trust, consistency, and compassion. Our caregivers help seniors and adults with disabilities feel supported while continuing to live safely and comfortably at home. We are looking for dependable caregivers and CNAs who care about doing meaningful work and creating a positive experience for every client they serve. We provide in-home care throughout the Charlotte metro area and surrounding counties, offering companionship, personal care, and assistance with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals for clients
• Perform light housekeeping related to care
• Assist with daily living activities

Requirements

• CNA license or prior caregiving experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check, drug screening, and TB screening
• Ability to lift 25 pounds
