Part-time position Job Overview HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented home care aides who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)Provide medication remindersPrepare meals and support mobility/transfersOffer companionship and emotional supportSupport daily activities and behaviors as neededPerform light housekeeping for a safe home Skills Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferredKnowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferredAbility to manage behaviors with patience and empathyMeal prep and dietary awarenessStrong communication and interpersonal skills Requirements Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferredValid Driver's LicenseReliable transportation and valid auto insurance Location Requirement: Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO area. If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
