Home Care Aide

About the Role

Right at Home Coastal Orange County is hiring Home Care Aides (HCAs) to join our team, with a special need for morning-shift availability. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide compassionate, hands-on support that helps our clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home. You’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients while making a real difference in their everyday lives.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Providing medication reminders or medication assistance as permitted
• Preparing nutritious meals based on client needs
• Providing mobility and transfer assistance
• Offering companionship and emotional support
• Performing light housekeeping, including laundry, dishes, and tidying
• Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or mental condition
