Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene supportAssist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safetyPrepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as neededPerform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spacesOffer companionship and emotional support to clients and their familiesAssist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-beingTransport clients to appointments, errands, and social activitiesDocument and report any changes in client condition to supervisors Requirements Previous experience as a home care aide, caregiver, CNA, or in a related caregiving role preferredGenuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individualsAbility to pass a background check and provide verifiable referencesValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and follow a care plan with minimal supervisionCPR/First Aid certification is a plus About Us ComForCare Home Care - Contra Costa West is a trusted provider of in-home care services dedicated to helping clients live their best lives possible in the comfort of their own homes.
