About the role

As a Home Care Aide, you’ll work one-on-one with clients inside their homes and support them with:

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and/or accompanying clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
• Must comply with state background screening requirements

Pay

New Hire Milestone Bonus: $1,000 paid in 8 increments after accumulating 1,000 worked hours (must use electronic visit verification). Milestones must be reached within 18 months of the start date. Bonus valid for caregivers starting on or after 6/22/2026. Transfers from Help at Home portfolio companies or returning employees (absent less than one year) are ineligible.
