Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes.
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
• Assist clients with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged.
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.

Qualifications

• Flexible scheduling.
• No experience is required, but candidates with a certified nursing assistant (CNA) certification are encouraged to apply.
• Eligible for the $1,000 new hire milestone bonus, paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from the start date.
• Must be active and use electronic visit verification to accumulate toward payout milestones.
• Caregivers must transfer from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies to be eligible for the bonus.
• Former employees must return after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible.
• The milestones must be reached within 18 months from the start date.
