Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assist clients with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Passion for helping others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay

• Wages vary by state and location
• New Hire Milestone Bonus: $1,000 new hire bonus for caregivers starting on or after 6/22/2026, paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from the start date

• Transferring caregivers from other Help at Home organizations are not eligible for the bonus
• Former employees must return after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible
• Milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date
