Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and meals
- Run errands, grocery shop, and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Access to reliable transportation
- No experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
- Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
- Must comply with state background screening requirements

Pay
Typical starting wages around $13 per hour (varies by location, experience, and/or care plan).
New Hire Milestone Bonus
The $1,000 new hire milestone bonus is valid for caregivers starting on or after 6/22/2026. The bonus is paid in 8 increments, totaling $1,000 after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date. Caregivers must be active and use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones. The milestones must be reached within 18 months from the start date. Not eligible for caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio or former employees returning after less than one year.
