Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged.
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training.
• Compliance with state background screening requirements.

• New Hire Milestone Bonus: $1,000 new hire bonus paid in 8 increments after working 1,000 hours from the start date.

• Former employees must return after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible.
