Home Care Aide

About the Role

Help at Home is hiring caregivers to provide in-home support to seniors. Roles include:

• Homemakers: Support seniors living independently through meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.
• Home Care Aides / Personal Care Attendants: Assist with light housekeeping, errands, bathing, grooming, and accompanying clients to appointments.
• Home Health Aides: Provide basic health care monitoring (e.g., taking vital signs, medication reminders) and support for activities of daily living, including grooming, bathing, and light housekeeping.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and auto insurance
• Ability to recognize the needs of others and build relationships with people from diverse backgrounds
• Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work evenings and weekends with dignity, patience, and compassion
• Commitment to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements
