Responsibilities

• Light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Personal activities such as dressing, grooming, and assisting with meals
• Running errands, grocery shopping, and accompanying clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver's license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No experience required; candidates with CNA certification are encouraged to apply
• Dedication to professional development, including organizational and state-required training
• Must comply with state background screening requirements

Bonus

• $1,000 new hire milestone bonus for caregivers starting June 22, 2026 or later
• Paid in 8 increments, with total accumulated $1,000 paid after working 1,000 hours from start date
• Must be active and use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout
• Milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date
• Not eligible for caregivers transferring from another Help at Home, LLC portfolio company; former employees must be returning after at least one year absence
