Responsibilities
- Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
- Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
- Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license or ID
- Access to reliable transportation
- No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
- Dedication to professional development and state-required training
- Compliance with state background screening requirements

New Hire Milestone Bonus
- $1,000 new hire milestone bonus is valid for caregivers that start on 6/22/2026 or later
- The bonus is paid in 8 increments, with the total accumulated $1,000 paid out after the caregiver has worked 1,000 hours from the start date
- Caregivers must be active and must use electronic visit verification for hours to accumulate toward payout milestones
- Caregivers transferring from an organization within the Help at Home, LLC portfolio of companies are not eligible to receive the bonus
- Former employees must be returning after an absence period of at least one year to be eligible
- The milestones must be reached within 18 months from start date
