Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with clients inside their homes
• Support clients with light housekeeping tasks such as organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning
• Assist with personal activities like dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
• Run errands, grocery shopping, and accompany clients to appointments

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license or ID
• Access to reliable transportation
• No prior experience required, but CNA certification is encouraged
• Dedication to professional development and state-required training
• Compliance with state background screening requirements

Pay

Compensation varies by state and location, with a new hire bonus of $1,000 available for those starting on or after June 22, 2026. The bonus is paid in 8 increments after 1,000 hours of work.
