Home Care Aide

West Plains, MO and surrounding areas – full-time positions available on both morning and evening shifts with immediate availability.

Pay

Starting pay of $16.00 per hour.

About the Role

Make a real impact in senior care while maintaining time for family and personal activities. Through state or VA-funded programs, eligible seniors receive service hours fulfilled by our in-home care aides. Our aides provide essential support with daily living tasks, helping clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to clients in their homes, including:
• Preparing and cleaning up after meals
• Assisting with bathing and personal care
• Performing basic home chores (sweeping, mopping, dusting)
• Laundry
• Providing companionship
• Running errands

Requirements

• 12 months of unpaid experience or 6 months of paid experience
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to pass a background check
