Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide personal care and hygiene assistance as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfer care, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
- Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages as outlined in the client's care plan
- Monitor and maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care, as required
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling with shifts available: 7a-3p, 3p-11p, and 11p-7a
