Responsibilities
- Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks
- Aid with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc.
- Perform routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments and daily errands
- Aid in the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition

Pay
