Home Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Absorb personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, etc.
• Perform routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and daily errands
• Aid in the self-administration of medications (no administering or measuring)
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition
