Home Care Aide

Responsibilities

• Follow a care plan for the client and report on completed tasks
• Aid with personal care activities such as bathing, dressing, etc.
• Perform routine house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport clients to appointments and daily errands
• Support the self-administration of medications (no administration or measurement)
• Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
