About the Role

We're thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Caregiver in Springfield, MO and surrounding areas. This position offers FT hours and a competitive pay starting at $16-$17 per hour with a $1000 Sign on Bonus.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the care of our geriatric population
• Work with a smaller number of clients to control your own schedule and travel time
• Make one-on-one connections with clients and provide exceptional care
• Avoids daily tasks such as:
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
• Provide Companionship and Emotional Support
• Support Clients with Higher Acuity Needs, Including: Transfers (use of gait belts, Hoyer lifts, etc.), Feeding Assistance & Meal Preparation, Monitoring and Reporting Changes in Condition, Light Housekeeping, Medication Reminders, Running Errands

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Able to lift 50 LBS
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to pass a drug test
