Home Care Aide | $1500 Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Branson, MO. This position offers immediate employment with competitive pay starting at $16-$17 per hour, plus a $1000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

• Aid in maintaining the care of our geriatric population
• Aid with activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Dressing, Grooming)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Support clients with higher acuity needs, including transfers, feeding assistance, and meal preparation
• Maintain and report changes in condition
• Perform light housekeeping
• Remind clients of medication schedules
• Run errands as needed

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with current auto insurance
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug test

Schedule

This position offers flexible scheduling to allow you to control your own travel time and work with a smaller number of clients.

Pay

The starting pay for this position is $16-$17 per hour, with an additional $1000 sign-on bonus.
