Responsibilities
- Provide personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Aid with safe mobility and transfers
- Help manage medications and follow personalized care plans
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Support clients with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean living space
- Foster engagement through conversation and social activities
- Communicate and collaborate with family members and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Genuine compassion and a commitment to client well-being
- CNA or HCA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain it)
