We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes Summary, Qualifications, Physical Requirements, Duties, VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package (Benefits, Pay, Schedule, etc). We must use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real, specific content. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. We need to parse content: Summary: description of role: providing competent evidence-based care, oversight of LVNs, nursing process. That could be "About the role" or "Responsibilities". We'll decide. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: English proficiency, graduation from approved school, licensure, etc. Also Grade Determinations (scope, education, dimension). Preferred Experience: Home Health/Care in community (minimum 2 years), Med/Surg - Primary Care. Physical Requirements: level of physicality, etc. Also note about operating government vehicle. Duties: Major Duties list. Benefits: VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package: includes Pay, Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, Work Schedule, Telework, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS. We need separate sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule if present. The posting includes Pay: "Competitive salary - regular salary increases - potential for performance awards". That's specific enough for Pay section. Schedule: "Work Schedule: Monday-Friday - 0730-1600 or 0800-0630". That's specific. Telework: Not Available. Virtual: not a virtual position. Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized. PCS: Not Authorized. Those could be part of Benefits or separate? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. So we can include Benefits section with details: Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, etc. Pay section with competitive salary etc. Schedule section with work schedule. We must not include sections like Skills if not present. The posting does not list specific skills besides maybe "case management, assessment, triage, Veteran education, resource coordination, medication and treatment coordination, care planning". Could be considered Responsibilities. We'll put those under Responsibilities. We need to avoid boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. None present. We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details like "Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN)". But we cannot repeat job title as heading. We can include it in prose. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

About the role

Summary text...

Responsibilities

  • ... duties list
  • ...

Requirements

maybe combine Qualifications and Physical Requirements? But we have Qualifications section heading allowed. We'll use

Qualifications

for basic requirements, grade determinations, preferred experience, physical requirements. We could also have

Physical Requirements

but not in allowed list; allowed list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule, About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. There's no Physical Requirements heading allowed. So we need to fold physical requirements into Qualifications or Requirements. The allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can use Requirements for general eligibility (including physical). Or we can use Qualifications for licensure/education, and Requirements for experience/physical. Let's decide. We have Qualifications heading allowed; we can put education, licensure, grade determinations there. Then Requirements heading for preferred experience, physical requirements, maybe also other requirements like ability to operate government vehicle. We'll not use Skills. Now Benefits heading: include Paid Time Off, Retirement, Insurance, Licensure, etc. Pay heading: competitive salary etc. Schedule heading: work schedule Monday-Friday - 0730-1600 or 0800-0630. We must not include Telework, Relocation/Recruitment Incentives, PCS if they are "Not Authorized" - that's specific content but maybe considered filler? It's specific: "Not Authorized". The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It doesn't forbid sections for things like Telework if stated. But Telework: Not Available is specific. However Telework is not in allowed headings list. So we cannot create a heading for Telework because not allowed. We could fold that info into Benefits or Schedule? Probably Benefits. But it's not a benefit; it's a work arrangement. Could be part of Schedule? Not exactly. Since Telework not in allowed headings, we should not create a heading for it. We could include it in a paragraph under Benefits or Schedule? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can include Telework info within Benefits or Schedule as a note. But we need to preserve all substantive information. We can include a sentence in Benefits: "Telework: Not Available; Virtual: This is not a virtual position; Relocation/Recruitment Incentives: Not Authorized; Permanent Change of Station (PCS): Not Authorized." That preserves. Now we need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. We'll not. Now produce HTML. Let's draft content. About the role: Use Summary paragraph. Summary: "The Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Outpatient Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing competent - evidence-based care to HBPC patients and oversight of licensed vocational nurses/nursing assistants - as appropriate to the setting. Responsible and accountable for all elements of the nursing process when providing and/or supervising direct patient care." We'll put that in

. Responsibilities: list duties from "Major Duties include - but are not limited to:" plus maybe other duties like assisting in directing provision of nursing education, orientation, competencies, quality improvement, contributes perspective in interdisciplinary team, flexibility in schedule, all other duties as assigned. Let's extract: - Provides direct Veteran care and care coordination - as it pertains - to Veterans and their care within the HBPC Program - Responsible for case management - assessment - triage - Veteran education - resource coordination - medication and treatment coordination - and care planning - Plans and delivers technically competent care in the home of Veterans with complex needs - including health promotion - health prevention - geriatric care - primary care - and palliative care - Utilizes interventions - which maximize health capabilities and reduces unnecessary urgent care and emergency room visits - per Veteran's goals of care - Makes home visits to Veterans in the program - The nurse will assist in directing the provision of nursing education - orientation - competencies and providing quality improvement and outcomes utilization - Contributes professional outpatient nursing perspective in discussions with the interdisciplinary team - This position potentially requires flexibility in schedule and assignments - All other duties as assigned We'll put each as

  • . Requirements: include Preferred Experience (Home Health/Care in the community minimum 2 years experience; Med/Surg - Primary Care), Physical Requirements (level of physicality normally associated with duties performed by nurses such as direct patient care - and potentially long periods of walking - standing - sitting - moderate lifting - repeated bending - or kneeling; examples: significant amounts of time standing assisting patients; utilization of safe patient handling and mobility protocols; applicants must be able to safely operate a government vehicle to conduct home visits with Veterans). Also maybe include Grade Determinations? Actually those are part of Qualifications. We'll put grade determinations under Qualifications. Qualifications: Basic Requirements: English Language Proficiency, graduation from approved school (ACEN or CCNE) or foreign equivalency, current full active unrestricted registration as graduate professional nurse in a state/territory/DC, Graduate Nurse Technician exception, Grandfathering provision note. Then Grade Determinations: detailed scope-education-dimension criteria for Nurse I Levels I-III, Nurse II, Nurse III. We need to preserve all that detail. It's lengthy but we must keep it. We'll put it as
    • ... maybe break into subpoints. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the text as is, maybe as paragraphs. We'll need to be careful not to exceed but it's okay. We'll produce:
