Job Description
As a Product Manager at Opti-flor, you will play a key role in maintaining the high standards of our orchid cultivation process. Tasks include potting, potting out, staking, sorting, and packaging plants, all critical to ensuring the quality of our products.
Responsibilities
- Manage the cultivation and maintenance of orchids across six locations
- Ensure adherence to stringent product norms to deliver top-quality work within set deadlines
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high performance standards
- Work in a flexible schedule from 09:00 to 14:00, ideally four days a week
- Be presentable and smile-friendly in the office environment
- Communicate effectively in Dutch
Requirements
- Minimum three days a week availability between 09:00 and 14:00
- An interest in working collaboratively with colleagues

Benefits
- Salary range: €2,380 - €2,835 per month (from July 1, 2025, based on a full-time workweek)

- Experience in plant cultivation and management

- Excellent communication skills in Dutch
