Midwest industrial vacuuming, hydro-excavation, water-blasting, and cleaning company is seeking dependable individuals with a valid Class B CDL license with air brakes and tanker endorsements to drive vac trucks and operate the truck vacuum and water systems in support of field technicians.

Responsibilities

• Drive vac trucks and operate vacuum and water systems
• Assist with job set-up and minor hose management duties

Requirements

• Valid Class B CDL license with air brakes and tanker endorsements
• Ability to drive manual transmission
• Knowledge and experience of management and supervisory methods
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to changing job schedules and demands
• Ability to travel, work a variety of shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call availability)
• Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, outside in adverse conditions, and in other challenging environments
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to—and sometimes exceeding—50 pounds with frequent movement and activity
• Must be able to wear respirators
• Must successfully complete a drug screening and pre-employment physical

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in industrial vacuuming, hydro-excavation, hydroblasting, remediation, or a related industrial maintenance or environmental occupation
• Previous training in OSHA 30 standards and/or OSHA 40 HAZWOPER standards
