Position Summary

The Home Appliances Technical Training Engineer develops and delivers technical training programs for service technicians, authorized service centers, call center teams, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop technical training materials, including training manuals, service guides, bulletins and videos.

  • Update training programs for new products and technologies.

  • Create troubleshooting and repair procedures.

  • Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for field service technicians, Authorized Service Centers (ASC), service partners, and internal support teams.

  • Provide advanced technical assistance to service teams.

  • Afford technical support in resolving escalated repair cases.

  • Support troubleshooting of complex appliance failures.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Appliance Technology, or a related field of study.

  • 3–5+ years of experience in home appliance service, technical support, or technical training.

  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, mechanical components, electronic controls, and PCB diagnostics.

  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.

  • Familiarity with testing equipment and diagnostic tools.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.

  • Project and time management skills.

  • Willingness to travel for training and field support.
