Home Appliances Technical Training Engineer
Position Summary
The Home Appliances Technical Training Engineer develops and delivers technical training programs for service technicians, authorized service centers, call center teams, and internal staff.
Key Responsibilities
Develop technical training materials, including training manuals, service guides, bulletins and videos.
Update training programs for new products and technologies.
Create troubleshooting and repair procedures.
Conduct training sessions, both in-person and virtually, for field service technicians, Authorized Service Centers (ASC), service partners, and internal support teams.
Provide advanced technical assistance to service teams.
Afford technical support in resolving escalated repair cases.
Support troubleshooting of complex appliance failures.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Appliance Technology, or a related field of study.
3–5+ years of experience in home appliance service, technical support, or technical training.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration systems, mechanical components, electronic controls, and PCB diagnostics.
Ability to read wiring diagrams, technical drawings, and service manuals.
Familiarity with testing equipment and diagnostic tools.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Project and time management skills.
Willingness to travel for training and field support.
