About the role

Provide mental health services in home and community settings to individuals of all ages.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Implement evidence-based interventions
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Participate in regular supervision and case conferences

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
  • Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
