About the role
Provide mental health services in home and community settings to individuals of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement evidence-based interventions
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in regular supervision and case conferences
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment options
- Experience with crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
