About the role

KenCrest is hiring compassionate individuals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their communities. Positions are available for flexible part-time schedules during the day, afternoon, and early evening.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals as they practice life skills like cooking, laundry, or using public transportation
• Provide transportation in your personal vehicle for community outings, errands, or appointments
• Help individuals build social skills and confidence in group or public settings
• Aid in navigating everyday challenges and celebrating progress
• Encourage independence while offering reliable, compassionate support

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle
• Willingness to use your vehicle to transport individuals when needed
• Clean background check, drug screen, and acceptable driving record (per state guidelines)
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, and a team-first attitude
