Home and Community Based Therapist - Bilingual $10,000 Stay on Bonus!

About the role

Northeast Family Services is seeking caring and experienced Home and Community based Therapists to join our growing New York team. Under the direction of the Program Director, HCBT Clinicians will provide services and care to patients in accordance with NFS’ policies. Responsibilities

• Provide structured, consistent, strength‑based therapeutic interventions in clients’ homes to treat youth behavioral health needs.
• Work collaboratively with clients to help them access core strengths and realize their full potential.
• Utilize multiple evidence‑based practices that promote family strengths.
• Conduct in‑person visits to clients’ homes.
• Manage own schedule with client outreach; some afternoon and evening availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Clinical licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT, etc.) and Limited Permit in the state of NY.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, youth, and families in a home or community setting preferred.
• Excellent time‑management skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Access to secure internet.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available.

Pay

• Starting salary: $75,000 – $90,000 per year (full‑time).
• Language differential provided for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi.
• $3,000 Stay‑on bonus after successful completion of the probationary period; $5,000 Stay‑on bonus for bilingual English/Spanish speakers.
