Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Troubleshoot, Diagnose, repair and service product and equipment
Perform inspection and preventive measure on all company equipment
Keep up-to-date knowledge of any changes to the products
Workplace Duties
- Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner: work orders, receipts, etc.
- Partner with management to develop and implement new programs to enhance sales and marketing
- Transport supplies and equipment as needed
- Attend vendor certification and training for maintenance, repair, and installation guidelines
- Train and coach all DME associates on product and services provided
- Respond to maintenance, repair, and installation equipment within 24 hours (end of next business day)
- Provide consultation services to patients in regards to home and vehicle accessibility options
- Measure, quote, order, and invoice to support/substantiate consultation
- Schedule and prepare supplies needed for installations
- Install home modifications including, but not limited to ramps, grab bars, bathtub modifications
- Install vehicle modifications including, but not limited to wheelchair ramps and lifts, and patient lift systems
- Maintain neat and clean installation vehicle at all times
Supervisor Duties
Performs duties as requested by the Department Supervisor specific to that department
