About the role
Our patients are our number one priority! We're committed to giving children back their childhood! This Holiday Temp Volunteer Services position is located in Dallas - Shared Services.
Responsibilities
- Process popcorn project list for donor gifts of 600 boxed tins of popcorn
- Pop popcorn, pack tins and boxes for mailing
- Manage supplies
- Help manage volunteers who assist in daily packing and boxing for mailing
- Work with Environmental Services to ensure room is cleaned daily
- Handle Developments cards and mailing labels
- Research returns
- Assist Donation Database Coordinator as needed
- Partner with Mailroom in flow and output of boxes to be mailed
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
