Responsibilities
- Greet guests with warmth and efficiency during the overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM); handle check-ins, reservations, and late-night questions.
- Own the Night Audit: balance the books, finalize transactions, and ensure every number is accurate.
- Perform regular security walks to maintain property safety and guest peace of mind.
- Create daily reports and the Daily Flash Report for management.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep operations smooth during overnight hours.
- Solve technical issues using Windows, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework beneficial.
- 1 year in a hotel or related field.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.

Schedule
Overnight shift (11 PM – 7 AM).
